The Office Administrator will collaborate with different departments to facilitate effective communication and support day-to-day administrative functions.
Job Summary

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.

Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting them as necessary.

Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and office events.

Oversee office supplies, ensuring availability and restocking as needed.

Collaborate with maintenance staff for office repairs and improvements.

Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems.

Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external documents.

Arrange travel plans and accommodations for employees, as required.

Process travel expense reports.

Liaise with vendors for office supplies, services, and equipment.

Monitor and control access to the office premises.

Ensure the security and safety of office facilities.
Skills & Responsibilities

Certification/Trainer Experience in relevant section would be preferred First.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
